Getting Started

  1. Select an Indicator List for a Monitoring Plan
  2. Click Enter Data in the toolbar

View the Data Entry Page

  1. Select an Indicator List for a Monitoring Plan
  2. Click Enter Data in the toolbar
  3. (optional) Update the Time Period
  4. (optional) Update the Geographical Place Name
  5. (optional) Update the Organization
  6. Click Edit in the toolbar

Select Time Period

  1. Click Select Time Period in the toolbar
  2. Select a time period from the list
  3. Click Select from the toolbar

Edit and Save the Data

  1. Expand the indicators
  2. Enter the values
  3. (optional) Click the Calculation icon and select Calculation and enter a calculation
  4. Click Save in the toolbar

About Programmatic Data

Include Comments with an Indicator's Values

  1. Click the blue callout next to the data entry field
  2. Enter a comment
  3. Click Save

View a Report

Print a Report

  1. Click PDF
  2. Click Open
  3. Click Print

Export a Report

  1. Click Excel in the toolbar
  2. Click Save
  3. Browse to a location on your hard drive and enter a file name
  4. Click Save
